No, you can fill and drain your spa with a standard garden hose.

On average it will cost between $15.00 to $25.00 per month, depending on the size of your spa. During winter months the cost will average about $1.00 a day. :
Are there municipal codes that require an alteration of my property?
Yes, you will need a spa and electrical permit.
Do you conduct an in home site inspection for spa placement?
Only if we think there will be an issue with location.
On what type of surface should my spa be placed?
Your spa should be placed on either a concrete slab or decking.
What are the electrical requirements for my spa?
Depending on the model of our spa you will need either 120 or 240 wiring installed by a licensed electrician.
What type of customer service do you offer after the sale?

Yes, both Marquis Spas and Dimes ion One Spas have easy access panels for service and maintenance.
What exclusions do you have in your warranty?
Our warranty does not include filters on Marquis Spas and filters, tile and grout on Dimension One Spas.
If I have a warranty problem, does the dealer or manufacturer service the spa?
Binner Pools and Spas will service your spa.

Binner Pools and Spas has carried Marquis Spas for 12 years and Dimension One Spas for 18 years.
Can I use pool chemicals in my spa?
No, the use of pool chemicals in a spa is not recommended.

Marquis Spas comes with Constant Clean Water and Dimension One Spas come with Cover Locks.

Is the warranty transferable?
Yes, the warrant is transferable on Marquis Spas. The warranty is not transferable on Dimension One Spas.
Is the spa UL and NSF approved?
Yes, both Marquis Spas and Dimension One Spas are UL and NSF approved.
What type of insulation does the spa have?
Marquis Spas have a 100% solid foam insulation and Low-E Spa Wrap. Dimension One Spas have a 100% solid foam insulation with polyurethane foam insulation.
